As the Director of Client Engagement, Kate serves as one of the lead contacts for IMPAQ Strategy clients. She provides project management, strategy, registry design and operations, and healthcare non-profit governance and planning expertise.
She has overseen the development and operations of quality and research clinical patient registries, and national quality measurement programs, with more than 15 years of experience in database project management in the fields of healthcare and education.
She works closely with diverse stakeholders, including physician-led committees, industry partners, and government agencies. Prior to entering the field of healthcare, she designed and implemented a workflow-based data management system to track teacher certification candidates for an education nonprofit.
Kate has previously worked for the American Urogynocologic Society, American Gastroenterological Association, American Academy of Physician Assistants, American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence, and the Corporate Executive Board. She holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida.
