Paul is a Senior Associate, specializing in providing data-driven recommendations to his clients. Paul specializes in clinical registry measure development, speciality-specific clinical landscape assessments, market scanning, and business case and strategy development. Paul has worked across several clients including the Infectious Diseases Society of America, the American Society for Clinical Pathology, the American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Nephrology, and the New York State Health Foundation.
Before coming to IMPAQ Strategy, Paul held an internship with the Health Services Cost Review Commission (HSCRC), a small but important department of the Maryland State Legislature. While at the HSCRC Paul served as a jack of all trades, from facilitating stakeholder work groups to supporting the methodology department with data analysis. Following his time at the HSCRC Paul served as a research associate at Social and Scientific Systems (SSS) where he primarily supported a contract for his previous employer, the HSCRC. Due to his understanding of the practices and content of the HSCRC Paul acted primarily as a project coordinator and content analyst.
