Prior to joining IMPAQ Strategy, Sara worked for the Health Division at IMPAQ International, LLC for two years. During this time, she provided technical assistance to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and services to the Department of Labor (DOL). Sara collaborated closely with the Federal Government to provide solutions and assistance in improving current processes. She also assisted IMPAQ International in business development as a coordinator facilitating proposals submitted to CMS, Department of Labor, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Sara currently works as an Associate with IMPAQ Strategy delivering recommendations to client organizations regarding strategic planning, goal development and measurement, product portfolio analysis, and organizational development guidance. She has assisted in developing product road maps, including key features, resource requirements and technology specifications. Sara is currently working towards earning her Lean Six Sigma Certification.
As a graduate from University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a Bachelor’s in Health Administration, Public Policy and Sociology, Sara has background in health policy and interest in project coordination and organizational development. Sara's long-term career goals are to earn a Master’s degree and gain her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. She is a local Marylander, growing up in Ellicott City and an avid horseback rider and runner.
