Steve is responsible for IMPAQ's Corporate Development and executive oversight of IMPAQ Strategy. He has more than 30 years of experience in providing vision, leadership, and business acumen to a wide variety of organizations in the healthcare, education, research, information services, and technology industries.
Sam is responsible for executive oversight of strategic advisory services, product strategy, and business development for IMPAQ Strategy. He focuses on delivering data-driven strategic guidance, and guiding the creation of new products and services on behalf of nonprofit associations. Sam has 20 years of experience working within health strategy, policy, quality, research, and informatics, and has provided development expertise and oversight of numerous association-led national programs.
Jeff is responsible for directing technology at IMPAQ Strategy, with an emphasis on evaluating data platforms and designing value-added digital solutions for data visualization and advanced analytics to support the research and quality improvement needs of our healthcare clients. Jeff has 30-plus years of experience in systems engineering and software development.

As the director of client engagement, Kate serves as the lead contact for IMPAQ Strategy clients. She provides project management, strategy, registry design, and healthcare non-profit governance and planning expertise.
Tony is responsible for clinical and operational creation of patient registries on behalf of healthcare nonprofit association clients. He has a strong passion for improving patient care through data and healthcare overall.
Uyen graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore County with a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems. She has a background in software development, both server-side and client-side technologies.
Keith has spent the past 25 years in leadership roles for medical associations and non-profits. He has led and implemented business development strategies to address gaps in healthcare delivery including professional education, clinical guidelines and standards, consumer and patient awareness, and quality improvement.
Sara delivers recommendations to client organizations regarding strategic planning, goal development and measurement, product portfolio analysis, and organizational development guidance. She has assisted in developing product roadmaps, including key features, resource requirements and technology specifications.
Sarah is responsible for providing expertise in patient reported outcomes and the social determinants of health for IMPAQ Strategy. Her experience providing clinical services to young children and families in outpatient and school based settings has galvanized her to ensure that research drives policy and practice and as such, she has extensive experience with community based participatory research and utilization focused evaluation.
